Writing Your Way Home
Journaling as a Spiritual Practice
August 18 – 21
Marcia Wakeland and Helen Cepero |
A retreat that will help you:
- find your own voice
- write your way toward your true self and the Holy
- explore at the edges of your life's landscape
- listen truthfully
- be a good listener to your own soul
The practice of putting words and images in a personal journal frees a person to create, explore and purge from the inner landscape that illuminates the True Self.
We invite you to enjoy discovering this spiritual practice for the first time, or all over again, in a safe and nurturing environment.

She has authored the book Journaling as a Spiritual Practice: Encountering God through Attentive Writing, and coaches students with online journal practices.
