- Glacier Kayaking: Hike to Grewingk Glacier Lake, then kayak with your guide toward the clear-blue ice. Paddle amidst icebergs and shorebirds as you approach the face of this ancient glacier. See photos above.
- Learn to Kayak: Learn the basics of kayaking in the safety of the cove, with our certified kayak instructors.

- Tide Pooling Tour: During the low tides of full and new moons, explore the fascinating sea life found in tide pools, including crabs, octopus, and a large variety of sea stars
Wilderness Trips: Boat, kayak and hike to explore the wilderness of surrounding Kachemak Bay State Park.
Grewingk Glacier Lake Trip: From the Saddle Trail head, our guide will lead you on an easy to moderate, 45-minute hike to the pristine, iceberg filled lake of Grewingk Glacier. Marvel at the icy blue of the 15,000 year-old glacier, extending 13 miles into the Kenai Mountains
- Glacier Spit Beachcombing Trip: Kayak an hour kayak or short boat ride from Halibut Cove toward miles of beach line. Discover enchanting driftwood and unique sea-stones upon Glacier Spit, then build a bonfire with your guide and enjoy the long summer day.
- Alpine Ridge Trip: Challenge yourself to a day-hike up Alpine Ridge. Watch the transition from spruce forest, through alder thickets and finally above tree line, to an alpine wonderland of low-lying blueberries and lupine flowers. This 2,500-foot ascent offers unforgettable views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier.
- Halibut Cove Lagoon Trip: Experience the unique tidal river created as the lagoon fills with water. Let our guide time your kayak adventure to ride the flow and explore the bountiful wildlife in the lagoon. Visit the Ranger Station and have a picnic by the king salmon estuary. (Includes blueberry-picking Aug.-Sept.)
